Frequently Asked Questions
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Drop us a message at support@firstlightsupply.store and we’ll get back to you.
Where are you based and where are my products made?
First Light Supply is a British brand. We print in the UK and the USA, which means your order is made closer to you — fewer miles, faster to your door. Every item is made when you order it. No warehouses full of unsold stock. No waste. Just your order, made fresh, on its way.
How do I place an order?
Find what you want, pick your size and colour, and add it to your cart. Checkout takes a few minutes. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna if you’d prefer to spread the cost. You can also check out instantly using Shop Pay — or place your order directly through the Shop app if that’s already how you shop. You’ll get a confirmation email straight away — check your junk folder if it doesn’t land within a few minutes.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order leaves the printer, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow it from there, or use the Shop app if that’s your thing — scan the QR code in your email and it’ll sit right there for you. You can also check your order status any time through your account page. We want your first First Light order to feel like it was worth the wait — and we want you to know exactly when to expect it.
How long will delivery take?
Because every item is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. After that, delivery is typically 3–10 business days for UK and US orders. You’ll get a tracking link the moment it’s on its way. Good things take a little time — we think it’s worth it.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship to the UK and the USA — our two home markets. We’re building from there. If you’re reading this from somewhere else in the world with a flask in your hand and a trail out your door, we hear you. More markets are coming. Send us a message with your location and you’ll be first to know when we open up yours.
What is your returns policy?
Because our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection — so please check the size guide before you order. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will always make it right. Get in touch at support@firstlightsupply.store with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it — no drama.
What are your tees made from?
Our tees are cut from the Gildan Softstyle — a 100% ring-spun cotton unisex tee that’s soft, comfortable, and built to be worn. The fit is classic, the neckline clean. No itchy label — just a tear-away tag so nothing gets in the way of the morning. The cotton is ethically grown and harvested in the US, Oeko-Tex certified, and produced under the US Cotton Trust Protocol. We care about what things are made from. This tee is a good place to start.
A premium heavyweight range in Canvas and Comfort Colors is on the way — watch this space.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page has a size guide. We’d recommend checking it before ordering — our tees are a classic unisex fit, so some people prefer to size up for a more relaxed wear. If you’re genuinely between sizes and not sure, drop us a message and we’ll help.
Is coffee coming?
Yes. Coffee is very much part of the plan — it’s the whole ritual, after all. We’re working on a small range of signature blends roasted for outdoor drinking. A medium roast for the everyday morning, a bolder option for cold ridges and long miles, and a slow light roast for the unhurried pour. We’ll launch them properly when they’re ready — not before. Join the email list and you’ll hear about it first.
What is First Light Supply actually about?
It started with a simple observation: coffee tastes better outdoors. Not because of the altitude or the vessel or the blend — because of the air, the light, and the decision to be somewhere open before the world catches up with you. We make minimal apparel and accessories for people who live that. Microadventurers. Outdoor creatives. Van-lifers. People who protect their Sunday morning. You don’t need a summit. You just need outside. That’s the whole idea.
